Is it possible to try?

You don&rsquo;t need any formal experience! We&rsquo;ll give you all the training needed. Some groups like it if you have some basic knowledge from your studies, e.g. the marketing group. But in general, it really doesn&rsquo;t matter if this is your first or last year as a student. However, you need to be at least 18 years of age.

Do I need any experience to volunteer?

This depends on the group, but commonly once a week! Some groups work physical shifts in the restaurant or elsewhere, while others fulfill their tasks during meetings and other get-togethers where work gets done collectively.&nbsp;

How often do volunteers work?

There is no membership fee in order to volunteer. Your volunteer work and spirit pays plenty enough! There are, however, a few social events that might have a participation fee. Cabin trips are an example of this.

Does it cost anything to volunteer?

As a volunteer, you&rsquo;re not only asked to work. You also get the possibility to attend countless events, cabin trips and social gatherings. It&rsquo;s one of the best ways to meet new people, and also a very natural setting to get together with others. Also, our volunteers get a range of discounts on food and beverages on Kvarteret. This makes it even easier to meet up with others after a shift!
